do I upload a Picture?
To upload a picture, you have to login to your account, click on 'Add
a Picture' from under the blank photo, or navigate to 'My Profile'
and click on 'Add' where it says Edit my Picture. Once you click 'Add',
you will be taken to a screen where you can browse for the picture
file on your computer. Find the file and select it, then click 'Upload'.
That's it.
Remember that all upload picture files are limited to 125K in size
(125,000 Bytes). They must also be in a .gif or .jpg format. All other
file types will not be uploaded, and if your file is greater than
75K, you will get an error when you try to perform the upload. We
also recommend, that all pictures are scaled to be square (ie. 200x200
pixels) so that they are displayed accurately.
All pictures are reviewed and it may take up to a few days for it
to be added to your profile. If you are having trouble with this,
you may email your picture file to support@Hindu-Dating.com along
with your username, and we will post it for you.

Pictures
don't show up on my browser.
Check your firewall settings. If you are using a firewall software
like Zone-Alarm, you may be blocking images from showing up, or your
security may be set too high. Try to turn off your firewall, and see
if that works. If it does, you'll have to play with your firewall
software and disable the setting that blocks images.

I'm
having trouble logging-in
If you try to login, and your password is not accepted, you can click
on the 'Forgot Your Password' link on the home page. You will have
to enter the email address you used when you created your profile,
and the password will be emailed to you.
If you login successfully, and it keeps taking you to a page which
tells you the site is resctricted, then you need to Enable 'per-session
cookies' in your browser. To do this from your browser, click on Tools,
Internet Options, Go to the 'Security' tab, click on 'Custom Level',
then scroll down the list until you see 'Allow per-session cookies
(not stored)', and select 'Enable'. This should allow session variables
on our site to function properly on your browser. This is required
to use this website since we do not store any session variables or
cookies on your computer permanently. If you're having additional

This means your browser doesn't allow per session cookies. We do not
store cookies on your computer, but we use session variables that
are active while you're on our site. These variables store values
and are used to pass information from one page to another. To enable

your interest, declines your interest or hasn't decided yet.

I
can no longer find someone I was able to see before
This is due to one of two reasons: 1. The user wanted to cancel their
account or 2. The user violated the terms of our website and we had
to ban them. In either case, all of the users views, favorites, emails
and introductions are deleted from other people's accounts who may
have been corresponding with them. This is to prevent errors by referencing
users who are no longer in our database.

Simple, send an email to support@hindu-dating.com
and we will remove your account and delete all of your information.
